Preface
From the being of my search for a book of literarty merit, I was set on reading something by Mark Twain. Since reading Huck Finn a couple of years ago I have loved pretty much everything I have read by him. At first I was going to read Letters From the Earth, however, there were too few sources to get information from about the book. As it came down to the dead line to pick a book, and to write this preface, I still had no clue what i was going to write about, since Letters From the Earth seemed to be undoable. I then asked Mr. Kreinbring about what he thought I should do for a book, and he told me of the book A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur’s Court. It was a book I had never heard of and because of that I was curious to see what it was all about. I then looked to find articles about it and found that there were tons of articles I may be able to use. At that point I decided that, that would be the book I would use for my English project.
